One of the dash vents on my wife's Volvo cracked. I got in it the other day to go get some ant killer and noticed it. It was really hot in the car and when I turned it on the temperature outside the car was reading at 121 degrees.
Ouch. We had at one tech in the middle east lean on the aircraft by accident during a windscreen change. Second degree burn on his forearm from the slightest contact.
I remember reading this book about the WWII North Africa campaign. The middle of the book had a section of pictures in it. One of them was a German soldier that had taken some oil and cleaned up a part of the top deck of a tank and was frying eggs on it.
Lots of pics like that around. This guy was cooking on a Panzer II.
Not sure what this fellow is cooking on.

There goes all those huge farms in Arizona and Southern California. Shouldn't have been farming in the fucking desert to begin with.
