Immediately following Trump's interview with Brett Baier of Fox News, he bragged about how well it went, according to Rolling Stone's report. The interview followed Trump's historic indictment and arraignment on charges related to the confidential documents Trump purportedly took and kept without permission.

"In the hours after his interview with Brett Baier aired on Monday, Trump privately boasted about how well he thought he performed," the outlet reported on Tuesday "As he asked others if they had caught the interview and what they thought of it, the former president and 2024 GOP frontrunner said the tension and parrying with Baier made him look tough, creating buzzy, attention-grabbing television, two sources with knowledge of the situation tell Rolling Stone."

Looks like Jack Smith is about to charge another Trump aide with obstruction and perjury.


"Remember the unnamed guy who helped Walt Nauta move the boxes in and out of the storage room? He's gotten a target letter from Jack Smith for obstruction, meaning he's in serious criminal jeopardy and unless he's lost his senses, will soon tell all he knows about Nauta and Trump," former U.S. Attorney Harry Litman wrote on Twitter in response to the report.​
