The Jan 6th TRAITORS

Once again people are making way too big a deal out of this. There is simply no way that SCOTUS wasn't going to hear this case.

Is Thomas an unethical hack that'll take money from people? Sure. Of course he is. They all are. They all do. Every last one of them, not just Thomas.

But something I've done over and over again is to ask for one legal decision Thomas has made that was completely unreasonable and against all logic and not one person has ever been able to produce a single one.
 
Fani Willis is turning out to be a complete disaster. Not only is she still in danger of being removed from the case, but Judge McAfee has just dismissed six of the charges in the case, including three against Trump himself, due to a lack of clarity and/or evidence.

Turns out she's a lot like Trump: she's all hot air and grift, stealing taxpayer dollars, hiring her boyfriend and making shit up as she goes along.
 

A federal appeals court ruled Friday that Jan. 6 defendants can be found culpable of “disorderly” or “disruptive” conduct inside the Capitol even if they weren’t personally violent or destructive.

The decision is a victory for the Justice Department in cases against hundreds of defendants charged with misdemeanor counts of disorderly and disruptive conduct, one of the staple charges that has been applied to nearly every member of the mob that entered the halls of Congress.

Not the least bit surprising. They all do it. They save stories to release when they think it will have the most impact.

There is no news anymore. There are only tabloids owned by billionaires that do their bidding.
