The Arrest / No Fly List / Comeuppance Thread

If any of those people were Active Duty, or Reserve they will fall under this justice below:

The UCMJ is federal law, enacted by Congress. The UCMJ defines the military justice system and lists criminal offenses under military law. The law requires the President of the United States, acting as commanderin- chief of the Armed Forces, to write rules and regulations to implement military law.

"They are Tennessee resident Eric Gavelek Munchel, and Texas man Larry Rendell Brock. Authorities say these are among the men seen on disturbing photos from Wednesday. That’s supposed to be Munchel running around with zip ties while masked on the Senate floor. Brock’s face is more visible, and he is wearing a combat helmet. Their names have been floating around social media for a couple of days. The New Yorker reported on his involvement on Saturday. He is an Air Force vet."

That should read: Lt. Colonel. Ret. Larry Brock of Texas.

I believe the military still has a firing squad?
I don't know what it is with Tennesseans, and Texans ? I really don't ?

I think they believe they are hung up on the Alamo days still or something ? Maybe, it has something to do with the letter of the Alphabet perhaps? I live in this place and I still don't get it ?

Either way, their in heap of dog shit now. Those plastic ties, in his hands are going let the FBI have a field day with them !! "Like, WTF were going to do with those? How many congressmen and senators were you going to kidnap and take hostage ? " Yea, the FBI and the Terrorism boys are going give these two a good working over I think ?

A psychological operations officer who the Army is investigating for leading a group of people from North Carolina to the rally in Washington that led up to the deadly riot in the U.S. Capitol had already resigned her commission, CBS News correspondent David Martin reports. Commanders at Fort Bragg said they were reviewing Captain Emily Rainey's involvement in last week's events in the nation's capital, but she said she acted within military regulations and that no one in her group broke the law.

That may be, Emily; but when you run with the pigs expect to get muddy.

The FBI has issued a geofence warrant.

What that means is they issued a warrant for a grid area. Namely, the U.S. capital. If you carried any kind of personal device (cell phone, tablet, pager, laptop, etc.) into that space, you will be getting a visit from the FBI.

Sleep tight, Y'all Qaeda's!

What was the old phrase from that wildlife show from a long time show, " Wild Kingdom " where Marlin Perkins had that assistant that used to do his hard work at wrestling the animals in those tight situations. And, he would always say, "Get'em Jim!" I used to laugh and say, "Wow, way to go Marlin throwing Jim under the Bus, and don't give him a hand, then Jim would have to wrestle with the alligator, the bear, or whatever kind of animal in the wild it was?" Oh, those were the days! "Get'em Jim!" I used to watch it just to see this poor guy have to fight all these wild animals, and Marlin Perkins get all the credit, standing the safe area in the shade narrating.

Well, that's why I brought this up. So, my phrase is to the Geofence is "Get'em Jim !!" LOL

"Get him Jim"
"Now, while Jim's busy I'd like to tell you about Mutual of Omaha's life insurance. I'm sure, like Jim, many of you ..........Now let's re-join Jim as the anesthetic wears off and our target gets feisty and on the move again "

I remember those...

In particular I'll always be fond of the NatGeo theme.
