I struggled with where to put this (comedy, memes, etc.) but figured it belonged here.
As funny as it is, it's hysterical to me how stupid people really are. NOBODY has that kind of cash on hand. Not even Elon Musk or Jeff Bezos. Just because they're WORTH that much doesn't mean that have that much cash.
Musk and Bezos both would have to sell a ton of stock to come up with that kind of cash. I'm not the least bit surprised Trump doesn't have it either.
What I am surprised about though is that he couldn't secure a property bond. That tells me that all of his properties are mortgaged to the hilt and he has no equity in them, that's why the bonding companies won't accept a property bond from him.
I knew he was strapped for cash, but I thought he was still in decent shape with his real estate holdings. Once again, I am wrong.
And I don't mind being wrong one damn bit. He's fucked.

Then they'll take Trump tower.
And they're probably all so leveraged, that probably won't get them half way through the judgment.

The New York attorney general’s office has filed judgments in Westchester County, the first indication that the state is preparing to try to seize Donald Trump’s golf course and private estate north of Manhattan, known as Seven Springs.
Judgements had already been entered in New York City. No judgements have been entered in Florida, so they obviously don't plan on taking Mar a Lago or his golf course down there just yet.
