An Atlanta Police Department sergeant has been fired following a department investigation into a social media video showing the sergeant kicking a woman in her head, according to a release from APD.
Took nearly two years but at least he's finally been charged.

The US Justice Department on Thursday announced that a federal grand jury indicted a former Louisiana State Police officer for allegedly using excessive force with a flashlight against a Black motorist, the department said in a news release.
At least they fired his ass not long after it happened. Typically they never get fired until they get charged.
