So a shooter has a semiautomatic shotgun and shots a cop twice, killing him. He then goes back to his truck, gets his AR15, and starts heading towards a crowded square.

That's when, for once, a good guy with a gun shows up. He confronts and kills the would be mass shooter.

Then the police kill him.

Gwinnett County would have arrested her for disorderly conduct at the very least. Had she been in Fulton, they would probably had tazed the hell out of her and then hooked her up for disorderly and resisting arrest.
