The Jan 6th TRAITORS

Truth be told, she didn't break any laws that I am aware of. It's perfectly OK to be a citizen and ask people what they can do to "fix" a situation. It's the people that actually took that and ran with it and tried to execute it that need to be in prison.

Bertino faces a statutory maximum of 20 years in prison for seditious conspiracy and up to 10 years in prison for the firearms charge. The charges also carry potential financial penalties. No sentencing date was set. A federal district court judge will determine any sentence after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.

I read a bit about that yesterday. He's cooperating which is why no sentencing date has been set.

I think he's due to testify at the trial of Rhodes and the others some time this month.

I've been slammed by the mother of all head colds so I may have that wrong.

Yeah, but that's item number 1,544,096 that he'll never be charged for.

There are just SO MANY things he could easily be charged for already and hasn't been that I fully believe now that he never will be. It's all just a dog and pony show.

Every time someone says "nobody is above the law" and "we're a nation of the rule of law" an angel gets his wings hacked off with a chainsaw and a puppy gets kicked into a barrel of hydrofluoric acid.
