In other news: You know your neighborhood has gone full blown douchebag when they start calling a yard sale an estate sale.
Was test driving the wife's car after an oil change and tune-up and saw the signs on the way out (and back in) to the subdivision.

Was test driving the wife's car after an oil change and tune-up and saw the signs on the way out (and back in) to the subdivision.
Up here 'estate sale' is typically associated with disposing of a deceased persons assets. But I suppose household liquidations for moving a distance could be a usage.
