Interest. My understanding was taking the fifth meant not saying anything that may implicate you in a crime (but not necessarily meaning you are guilty) . So I can understand how "So do you have a good working relationship with Mr. Weisselberg" can have someone plead the fifth.
But how does "What is your favourite ice cream?" or "Lovely weather we're having, isn't it?" fit in since these are personal preference questions that can neither be right or wrong?
