Kyle Rittenhouse Trial

Won't hold due to 1st amendment. What will be targeted are the media and there he has an excellent case against them if he wishes to do so.

Un god damned believable. So a kid takes a gun he had no business having to a place he had no business being to help people he had no qualifications to help at a job he had no qualifications to perform and winds up killing two people and there is no price at all for a single god damned bit of it.

It's fucking bullshit. This country is nothing but complete bullshit. Fuck Kyle Rittenhouse. Fuck the jury. Fuck that god damned judge. Fuck that entire state and everybody that goes with it.
Hate to say this but you are wrong in your assessment. The prosecution... ALL of them are inept. They lost it as soon as they withheld evidence on the case. Even the people for the prosecution as Eye Witnesses mostly favored the defense. The prosecution attorney has been known for years for ethic violations in court. And he did it again during the trial. If you want to get mad you get mad at all of the attorneys of the state.

They fucked up big time.

One more thing, the right to defend one self is different state to state. In his state he fitted all of the requirements. It is the prosecution that has to do their job to enforce their charges and quite frankly they were a bunch of fucking clowns.

I've been dealing with the Judicial system for over 11+ years in litigation Actual 11 + years dealing with assholes and idiots. And unfortunately it looks like I'm going to have to sue a large bank institution over withholding my sweeties trust fund.

You have to good attorneys to have in court. I was lucky to find a few. I have posted I will use my fortune to protect those that I love. That is why I attorneys on retainer because I already know how fucking crooked people, local and state authorities really are.

Unless you are looking down a barrel of a gun, by some god damned cop, who has already decided that you are guilty because of your skin color, then you do not know what that certain sick feeling that you get when you know that you did not do anything but you are screwed. It was a veteran Sgt and my clean record that I did not wind up in jail or dead. As we are talking about the Crack Head 80's... It was a bad, bad time.

So yea I do believe in enforcing laws, but I also believe and seen what gets thrown under the carpets. Quotas for convictions, quota's for righting papers that affects the law of the land. There is a hen pecking order within the court system that I know and seen. Because one of my attorneys became rather famous on how certain laws can be stacked up upon conviction in the State of California that is. He got some clout within the system and currently doing appellate responses for the State Supreme Court. He's a good attorney and am glad he's with me.

Again if you want to blame someone about the verdict, you have to blame the quality of the law enforcement on this situation. IMHO they failed horribly.

And I hope the attorney of the state gets reprimanded for his poor showing in court.

Time to bring lots and lots of chalk to Kenosha

She would have been fine if it had just been the sidewalk. But people being people they have to deface the walls of the courthouse itself.

Yep. You're going to get a fine, some probation and some community service.

Even the people for the prosecution as Eye Witnesses mostly favored the defense.
In the case of Grosskreutz you're absolutely right. Why the hell did he call that guy? He admits to pointing his gun at Rittenhouse and then has the gall to be surprised when he gets shot?

That guy I would have not called at all.

It's enough to make you absolutely puke:

Former President Donald Trump said he was recently visited at his Palm Beach, Florida, resort by Kyle Rittenhouse, the teenager who was acquitted last week on all charges after fatally shooting two people and wounding a third during protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin, last summer.
"He called. He wanted to know if he could come over, say hello, because he was a fan," Trump said during an interview with Fox News' Sean Hannity that aired Tuesday night.

Trump said Rittenhouse, 18, had left Mar-a-Lago "a little while ago," and Hannity had earlier said that his interview with Trump took place on Monday. During the interview, Fox showed a picture of Rittenhouse posing with Trump.

"He came over with his mother. Really a nice young man. ... That was prosecutorial misconduct. He should have not have had to suffer through a trial for that. He was going to be dead," the former President said.

I hope that little fat fuck winds up in jail mule trained by the brotherhood. I can't off the top of my head think of anybody more deserving.

So remember the friend, Dominick Black, that sold him the gun that testified against him? Well, he cut a deal too:

He was charged in November 2020 with two felony counts of intentionally giving a dangerous weapon to a person under the age of 18 causing death, according to court records. He had pleaded not guilty and said during his trial testimony that he hoped taking the stand would lead to leniency in his case.
A hearing is set for Monday afternoon before Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge Bruce Schroeder, who presided over Rittenhouse's trial.
Black will plead no contest to contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a non-criminal citation, defense attorney Tony Cotton said. "The resolution avoids a criminal conviction," Cotton explained.

From two felony counts to not even so much as a parking ticket.

It defies belief.
