Catholic Church wins in SCOTUS case of adoption.

Because this case is about a contract and according to the LexusNexis nobody has ever filed a lawsuit against the Catholic Church for discrimination against a gay couple trying to adopt.

That's not saying it's never happened world wide, but it's certainly never happened in the United States, let alone Pennsylvania, where this entire case originated.

That simply says no one ever sued over being told no at some point - it in no way indicates successful adoptions that were never challenged.

True, but that's the entire point. If nobody has ever had to resort to filing suit over it, clearly it's not a problem of any significance.

If one single persons car catches fire, it's not considered the fault of the manufacturer by default. If you have hundreds of them bursting into flames, then it's a good indicator the manufacturer has a problem.

Yet here we are with absolutely zero fires to speak of yet you're assuming the Catholic Church has a massive problem.

I don't get it.

If you're discriminating at all you shouldn't be doing it period. Like Zeedox said you don't think the catholics or any religious group is cherry picking?

Your faith has exactly fuckall to do with getting a kid adopted to a good home. All that shit should be shelved. If you can't do that then your prejudiced ass has no business being in the adoption business.
