So you remember me talking about how Zillow and Nextdoor and all of them were going around buying up houses for stupid amounts of money?
Well, this house is on the main street leading out of my subdivision. It's had the Zillow for sale sign out in the yard for over a month now. Curiosity got the better of me so I looked it up. Here it is:

Get this - the house last sold in 2015 for $224,900.00. Then it was listed a few times but never sold. Next thing you know, Zillow comes in and shells out $397,900.00 for it in November of 2021.
That's a 77% increase in price in 5 years time.
Now of course they've got it listed for $418,300.00, which is a 5% increase. That tells me that they're already underwater in it. And that's just one house in my neighborhood.
These guys are in a world of absolute shit. And it's only going to get worse.
