For the first time in 20 years, the exchange rate between the euro and the US dollar is nearly the same -- the two currencies are less than one cent away from parity.

The pound isn't doing a whole lot better either. It's at $1.18 last time I looked.

I can remember when it was over 5 dollars to 1 pound.
