This is a shameless promotion for my daughter's boyfriend.

Nathan is a smart young man studying film production at Georgia State University. He and a friend of his have collaborated on a short film and it has been accepted to The Paus Premieres Festival in London.

As he explained it to me, if he can get 1,000 signups for it then it will actually stay on the site indefinitely after the premier (which takes place on September 29th), getting them a chance for more people (potential employers / internships / etc.) to view it.

By the way I did watch that thing. That fucking Paus site bombarded my ass with emails. A reminder. A reminder about the reminder. A reminder reminding me about the reminding reminder. Mother fucker I've never been bombed with emails like that. Anyway it was cute. I liked the chess sketch and the woman voting in the john sketch. Pretty funny.
