100 plants....that's over the limit even for up here unless you had a large medical usage. Most of us have a 4 plant limit, but from what I have found I believe you can grow up to 5 plants per gram of prescribed dried cannabis. So someone prescribed 2 grams a day could grow up to 10 plants. I haven't found an upper limit but I did find a reference to only carrying 150gr medical supply (with documentation) for 30 days as opposed to the rest of us with a 30gr carry limit. (And 150 gr for 30 days seems to be a 5gr/day prescription which would mean a grow license for 25 plants.)
For me, it's the sheer waste of taxpayer dollars. It's pot for crying out loud. It's not meth. It's not crack.
