Sadly, no. But the secondary and AAA guns are awesome.

I think they plan on incorporating all of that later. Lower tier ships already have active radar. I think they don't put it on the PE simply because it's badass enough as it is.

I'm pretty sure as they expand the tech tree it will eventually be incorporated.
