The problem with that is that the military is made up of the people making that statement.

If I understand the appeal process trump has to post the full amount before he's allowed to appeal in case of a further loss?
Also didn't habba really fuck up a chance of appeal by "no contest"ing evidence as it was entered?

If he's going to appeal the verdict, he has to put up the amount.
But he's not going to do that. Unless, of course, he and Habba are even dumber than they've shown themselves to be.
He'll appeal the amount of damages given. For that, he doesn't have to put up the money.
But that still brings up Trump's worst enemy: his own mouth.
With his constant bragging about how rich he is and how much his properties are worth, I doubt seriously the judge will lower the judgement that much if at all.
