Reading the article it doesn't say if they already have rehab facilities in place, are going to use an existing network or what.

Still, that's huge! And paid for with marijuana dollars.

So even like meth and crack? Man that is going to be a disaster! People will start doing drugs hand over fist now knowing if they get caught they can just pay a hundred bucks and go to rehab. That's bullshit! I bet all the drug dealers are moving their bases to Oregon right now.
