Even with the law against using a phone and driving everybody is still doing it. Everybody I see on the road to this day has a phone in their ear or in their lap.

I once watched a woman drive in and park at walmart with kids in the back while talking on a phone. I think she knew I was going to say something to her and steeled herself for a verbal assault.
Instead as they passed by, I quietly said "Later when you need to tell your children not to text and drive they will only remember watching you do it".
The look on her face.
