Lara Logan banned from Newsmax

I'm old enough to remember when Lara Logan had a very, very bright future in journalism. She was a new face on 60 minutes and could have parlayed that into a lifelong career of respected journalism.

But noooooooo...

She had to go batshit crazy. It all started on 60 minutes with a completely over-the-top right wing rant. Naturally, she was shitcanned immediately and went over to old reliable, Fox News.

But then she got too batshit crazy for even Fox News when she went off on a rant comparing Doctor Anthony Fauci to Josef Mengele of Nazi Germany. So Fox News gave her the boot.

So she has done appearances here and there and online things but finally landed over at Newsmax. Now, she's even screwed that up:

The right-wing channel Newsmax has banned Lara Logan from its air after she went on a QAnon-style rant during an appearance on the network this week.

In a bizarre interview, Logan told host Eric Bolling that “the open border is Satan’s way of taking control of the world,” and later added that the world’s elites “want us eating insects [and] cockroaches” while they “dine on the blood of children.”​

I mean, where the hell did that come from?

Anyway, needless to say, Newsmax has given her the boot as well and condemned her remarks.

How far down the rabbit hole have you gone when even Newsmax has to cut you lose and apologize for you?
