This is not about pardons, but impeachment. David Frum had the right idea for the Republicans and it makes sense for them, the country, us as citizens, even their dodo supporters, but Mitch McConnell his ring of 20 senators, and a few hot heads in the house don't want to go along with anything that make's sense.
