Remember all the hoopla about Hunter Biden's laptop? Well, turns out it's the gift that keeps on giving.

Not long after that whole New York Post story broke, the owner of the shop that had the laptop, a Mr. John Paul Mac Isaac, that started this whole thing sued Twitter for defamation claiming that he was so defamed by Twitter calling it "hacked information" that he had to close the store. Twitter has just responded and it's not looking good for Mr. Isaac.

Twitter is seeking to dismiss the suit and recover all attorney's fees, which they're no doubt going to get.

Here's the link to the full filing.

The relevant part is simply this: The article the New York Post posted that was briefly removed by Twitter never mentioned him by name. The guy also claims that there was a picture with the store name on the article, but there wasn't.

So there's no way anybody that read the article could have found out what the name of the store was or what his name was since he lives in Colorado and not Delaware.

So basically, this guy doxed himself by filing the suit.

So he's out of the store that did the work, he's also out the money he paid his lawyer to file this loser, and he's going to be out a lot more money for all of Twitter's lawyers that filed the rebuttal. I'm thinking around $25,000 dollars at least.

The moral of this story is: if you have no case and a shitty lawyer, quit while you're ahead.

Lawyers get away with everything. The file bullshit suits with no facts at all and when it blows the fuck up they still get paid and do it again. They need to put a stop to all this stupid bullshit. If it weren't for lawyers that whole stolen election bullshit narrative would never had gotten off the ground.
