I tell you, at what point do you just throw in the towel on that place? Most of what was rebuilt after the last big quake was built back the same exact way and they all failed catastrophically the same exact way. 700 structures pancaked exactly like the last time.
So once again they'll hurl more tax payer dollars at it all, it'll all get embezzled and cheap structures put back up and next earthquake the same thing will happen yet again.
