Well, it's pretty much all old news. We knew about the multiple payoffs to multiple women, we knew about the catch and kill strategy involving David Pecker of the National Enquirer and Michael Cohen.
This is all the same stuff Cy Vance had and didn't charge on because he didn't think he could make it stick.
Why Bragg is doing this now is a question he needs to answer. And it better be a good answer.
The one thing that was just pointed out that may be the smoking gun is this:
All along, most people thought the narrative was coming only from Michael Cohen. We now know that isn't true.
The first person to testify to Bragg's grand jury was David Pecker.
The last person to testify was also David Pecker.
That is not good for Trump at all.
