Yes we do. Well except for Saskatchewan. Many are looking at dropping or adopting it with no further changes.

I just pull legs this time of year by pointing out no one complains in the fall.

Our state and our federal government are considering kicking it as well. I hope we do. It's just annoying and no longer serves a purpose.
