Seriously. This guy has been all over the TV virtually 'round the clock giving updates, news and advice.
He just finished a long talk about FEMA relief and contractors. I'm watching live news so I paraphrase:
"Do not pay for ANYTHING in advance. If anybody approaches you and says that they are certified by FEMA that is a sure sign they are fraudsters. FEMA does not certify any private contractors for anything, so if they come at you with that it's a HUGE red flag. We're working on getting more boots on the ground to help folks out. Hang in there. Don't be in a hurry to hire a contractor to help you without doing your due diligence." - Andy Beshear
