I believe this is the first lawsuit which has the ACLU.
That's the people that get shit done. They've got some of the best lawyers. I think there's a rule where if you're a lawyer you have to do so much free work in a certain perioud of time and the ACLU has some of the best lawyers on earth do their free shit for them. They do lose and secondly the ACLU is not what it is was 20+ years ago. I sure as hell would not use any one of them now.
