The big deal about Prime is that you're supposed to get free, 2-day shipping on "most" items. That ship has sailed and it has become complete bullshit.
Once again, an item I ordered that had Prime 2-day delivery has suddenly been marked "running late" and will take 10 days to get here.
TEN FUCKING DAYS.
I'm sorry, but that's bullshit. How did you sell somebody something you knew you didn't have? AGAIN!!!
And here comes the funny part: The Amazon account is in my wife's name. I ordered some stuff for her for Christmas on my Amazon account which isn't prime. I got all of that in 2 days free shipping (I spend about $300.00. Any order $35.00 or more gets free shipping.)
So what's the point in having Prime at all anymore? Unless you're ordering one very small item for less than $35.00 all the freaking time, there is absolutely no reason to have it.
They tout that their Amazon Prime Movies and Shows are great!
That too has gone to shit. They've moved all of their shows to Freevee so you have to put up with commercials, which is the exact opposite reason you wanted to watch Prime Video to begin with.
What's more, they have shit for movies anymore and most of those are on Freevee loaded with commercials as well.
This business model, if you want to call it that considering it's the polar opposite of what they advertised Prime as being, is not sustainable.
