I'll say this: The people that are now giving Will Smith a bunch of crap over slapping Chris Rock for insulting his wife in front of millions of people are the very same people that criticize Ted Cruz to this very day for allowing Donald Trump to insult his wife in front of millions of people and never doing a damn thing about it.
Sitting at the front row of the Oscars with a known shock comic opening and NOT expecting a joke at your expense is some trump-level entitlement.
Again, there's a history with him insulting Jada Smith over her Alopecia Areata disease. Frankly, to make jokes about someone's disease, especially that causes women to lose their hair, which is devastating to them, is completely classless and uncalled for.
To do it over and over again? Yeah. I would have slugged his ass. He could have picked on Will for anything and there wouldn't have been a problem. But screwing with his wife over her disease? AGAIN?!
Yeah. He deserved to get bitch slapped for that.
And again, sitting in the Oscars front row with a shock comic means you may be a target. Hell people are already asking for Ricky Gervais back.
