There's yet another hole in yet another bridge on I-285 in Georgia. That's not news. It happens all the time. They've been working on the interstates around Georgia, especially I-285 that is literally a complete circle around Atlanta, non-stop since I was a kid.
But this is just stupid on an unbelievable level - a worker cutting steel rebar and concrete with no eye protection whatsoever:
OSHA should fine the hell out of them for that. That is simply ridiculous.
