Oh, now that's just weird as hell.

I launched the game and tried to add you to my contacts to see if I could find you there. Your name showed up, so I added it. I can't see any of your profile though because it's private.

So then I went back to the store and all of a sudden you show up:

I don't remember it having to be the case, but maybe you have to be on my friends list before I can send you a gift. I noticed that when I typed in the first letter, several people I gifted before showed up.

And going on to the next screen everything works as advertised:

So, yeah. That's weird as hell that I can do it with no problem and you can't.

No, I did not hit the button and I'm not going to. I don't want to go through having to explain a transaction in Asia to my wife.

I think I've figured out why this happened.

It turns out that Wargaming pretty much abandoned their API back in late 2017 to early 2018. That would explain why your account wasn't showing up in external site databases and only became viewable after an in game verification.

So it wasn't some skullduggery on Wargaming's part, rather just laziness and ineptitude. Which is par for the course for them.
 
Fun fact: using abusive tones / language (calling them an idiot) is grounds for them to completely ignore you and refuse to service you in any way, shape or form.

Should they cancel this ticket as well, then you don't have a leg to stand on. You'll have to hire an attorney as they are well within their rights to never deal with you personally again.

If you've used that sort of abusive language with them before, the same applies - and would explain why they're just deleting your tickets now rather than dealing with them.

Now you're arguing with me. This is not a case you can argue because you are flat out wrong.

Many customer service professionals are trained to do exactly that: kill you with kindness. They'll talk the same talking points, always being repetitive but at the same time always being nice.

They do that for one of two desired outcomes:
  1. You get tired of dealing with what you perceive to be gross incompetence and just forget about it and move on.
  2. You get upset and abusive in which case they can simply write you off and ignore you from that point on.
Either way, it's a win for them.

You fell for number 2.
