A regional director for the U.S. National Labor Relations Board on Monday called for a rerun of a union election at an Amazon.com Inc (AMZN.O) facility in Alabama, setting the stage for another high-profile organizing battle at the world's largest online retailer.

Workers at the warehouse in Bessemer, Alabama, rejected forming a union by a more than 2-to-1 margin in April after an organizing drive that garnered support from U.S. lawmakers and President Joe Biden. In August, an NLRB hearing officer said the company's conduct around the previous vote had interfered with the election.

I followed that pretty closely. It seemed above board for the most part.

The only thing Amazon did that I'm aware of is they did hold meetings telling people how bad a union would be for them and how it would effect their jobs. They also hung up signs about how bad unions are and what it will costs them.

They are not supposed to do that, yet they did it anyway. I can only assume that's why they're having a revote. Other than that, Amazon didn't interfere in the slightest with union organizers being able to address the employees and pass out flyers.

My dad once told me 'Anything you know about something or somebody you can go ahead and bet it's worse - nobody comes 100% clean ever.'

If you know Amazon did that shit I'll bet my left arm it's 10 times worse than that.
