Hideki Matsuyama has won The Masters. He becomes the first Japanese man to ever win a PGA Major, and of all the majors he could have picked to win, it was The Masters.
For those of you who don't love golf, it's really something to win The Masters. There are golfers who have won 5 or 6 majors who consider their careers a failure because they never won The Masters.
The part for me though that really made me feel good was watching the crowd of mostly white people get on their feet and applaud and cheer Matsuyama as he left the course headed for the club house.
Maybe there's hope for us after all.
