I'll begin: Arizona state Rep. Jake Hoffman

On Tuesday, Arizona state Rep. Jake Hoffman, one of the Republicans who signed a fake election "certification" alleging that he was a Republican elector appointed for former President Donald Trump's nonexistent victory in Arizona, turned away from a reporter with 12 News trying to ask him about his role in the forgery.

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel said Thursday she referred to federal prosecutors a probe into Republicans who signed and submitted a certificate falsely claiming Donald Trump won Michigan's electoral votes.

The revelation demonstrated the potential seriousness and ongoing nature of the investigation and could have repercussions throughout state politics, as the 16 Republicans in question, include high-ranking members of the state GOP, like Co-Chairwoman Meshawn Maddock.

Kathy Berden, a Republican national committeewoman from Michigan, sent the GOP electors certificate to the U.S. Senate, the U.S. archivist, Benson's office and Robert Jonker, the chief judge of U.S. District Court for Michigan's Western District.

The 16 Michigan Republicans who signed the certificate inaccurately claimed they were the "duly elected and qualified electors" for Michigan. They also stated that they "convened and organized" in the state Capitol, which they did not.

Among the Republicans who signed the document were Berden, Maddock, Shelby Township Clerk Stan Grot and the party's grassroots vice chairwoman, Marian Sheridan. Maddock was elected the party's co-chair in February 2021 after signing the claimed certificate.

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) said days after the U.S. Capitol riot that then-President Donald Trump had admitted to him that he bore some responsibility for the violence that unfurled among his supporters on Jan. 6 last year.
“I say he has responsibility. He told me personally that he does have some responsibility. I think a lot of people do,” McCarthy said in a Jan. 12 interview with Bakersfield, California, radio station KERN that CNN’s “K-File” unearthed and released on Friday.

Nevada is the latest state to confirm a possible criminal investigation into a fake electoral certificate submitted in support of former president Donald Trump in 2020.

Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford, a Democrat, said in a statement Tuesday that his office "has received numerous inquiries" regarding the phony certificate, which reportedly was sent to the National Archives by six of the state's Republican electors.

“While we cannot confirm or deny the existence of an investigation, rest assured that this matter is on our radar, and we take seriously any efforts to rob Nevadans of their votes,” Ford said.

A series of emails expose an Arizona effort to retroactively hand the 2020 Arizona election to Donald Trump, even though the GOP's own audit showed he lost.

According to Rolling Stone, "the technology was complicated, but the plan was simple: Scan mail-in and absentee ballots in populous Maricopa County, remove the “invalid votes,” and recertify the state’s 2020 election count, surely declaring then-President Donald Trump the rightful winner."

Newly released emails show that in early Dec. 2020, Trump officials and Republican allies were using the then-president's conspiracy campaign to uncover some kind of fraud that could be used to overturn the results.

"The emails show how a group of fringe election sleuths pressed state legislators on a plan to disrupt the 2020 election certification and potentially change the vote count in a battleground state that helped deliver Joe Biden the presidency," the report explained. "The emails also reveal that several Trump advisers, including campaign lawyer Jenna Ellis and legal adviser Bernie Kerik, were included in the discussion."

Those two fell off the radar long ago. The last I remember about them was a hearing where Ellis was crying claiming she didn't know the full scope of things about 8 or so months ago.

Uh huh. Yeah. Right.

Bitch.

Dozens of local and state Republican leaders who showed their loyalty to Donald Trump by casting fake electoral votes for him a year ago may now face prison time in return for that devotion.
Because as the House select committee investigating the U.S. Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021, starts to look into the origins of the scheme to send “alternate” ballots to Congress from states narrowly won by Joe Biden, the 59 ersatz Trump electors who claimed to be “duly elected and qualified” could face federal charges ranging from election fraud to mail fraud, in addition to a range of state-level charges.

Mugshot of the leader of the Oath Keepers arrested and charged with seditious conspiracy.
So there's this from his ex-wife:

Looks like she got out while the getting was good. Escape tunnels in your own back yard? Batshit crazy is as batshit crazy does.
