Yep. The harshest sentence for any of the bullshit so far is 4 years for the shaman asshole. You get worse than that for stealing a car for a joy ride without putting a scratch on it.

A South Carolina man charged for his role on the Capitol riot has been ordered to be held in jail for witness tampering -- the witness being his estranged wife, The Post and Courier reports.
William Robert Norwood III's wife was a potential government witness and he was ordered not to contact her, but he sent her thousands of text messages anyway. As The Post and Courier points out, Norwood will be held pending trial at a jail in the District of Columbia.

A Pennsylvania woman who participated in the riot at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 is asking prosecutors to give her probation instead of the jail term they're seeking, the Pittsburgh Post Gazette reports.

Jennifer Heinl, 44, who lost her job and her marriage due to her actions, is due to be sentenced next week for demonstrating in a Capitol building, which is a misdemeanor, after she pleaded guilty in November.

During a hearing Friday in the seditious conspiracy case against 10 alleged leaders and members of the Oath Keepers militia, U.S. District Court Judge Amit Mehta informed defendant Kelly Meggs that lawyer Jonathon Moseley cannot continue to defend him as a result of an action a panel of Virginia judges took last week to revoke Moseley’s right to practice law in that state.​
Everyone involved with this crap is corrupt as hell.
