They had that on the news this morning. How sad is it when the news has to get its news that isn't even news from twitter?

Me either. I don't know anybody that uses it. Here, our colleges have their own platforms for the most part. You don't go to Facebook or Whatsapp or anything else to get an assignment. You log on to the college itself and email your professors / teacher aides directly.
If you didn't live in a shithole country you wouldn't have to rely on fucking whatsapp to begin with. I don't get how Facebook makes money on whatsapp in all those third world countries to begin with. Even if people are clicking on adverts they don't have any money to buy the shit with anyway. How does that work?
