The idea is a woman took the car in to get fixed and they laughed at her because she was a woman. It's an age old joke (about how men treat a women at times who's doing what they consider to be a man's job).
So in this case she's all pissed about them because she thinks they won't help her because she's a woman asking about a man's job; when in fact she has made a grave error in that it is an "oilless car"
