I tell you, it never ends. EVERYTHING is a fucking scam these days.
So when my daughter sent us her Christmas list she also asked us to get a couple of things for her boyfriend. One of them was a "Urban Pro Softshell Waterproof Tactical Jacket".
Now, I have no clue whatsoever exactly what a "Urban Pro Softshell Waterproof Tactical Jacket" is, but it costs $49.95 and I ordered it for him on November 29th.
A week later, it still hadn't shipped, so I sent an email enquirey asking what had happened.
Of course, I got no response at all.
So on their site, they list their contact number for customer support as 747-223-8843. I called it to figure out what was going on and that number is no longer in service.
So once again I'm on the phone to Citibank to cancel payment. I tell you, it just never ends. EVERYTHING is a fucking scam. In all my life I've only filed a credit card dispute once; and that was when there actually was a fraudulent charge on the card that I never made about 8 years ago. (Still no clue how that ever happened.)
And now I've had to do it twice in just the last month. It's beyond ridiculous.
