So there's this:

And here's the first sentence:

The Florida legislature passed a bill Thursday that will let the state take transgender minors away from their families if they are receiving gender-affirming care.

So here's my confusion: if you admit that there is a such thing as a transgender, which you've been saying all along doesn't really exist, and then you forbid anybody to help that person or receive any sort of care for being what they are, then doesn't that make you guilty of some sort of assault or negligence?

Example: Let's say I'm an atheist and I don't think God exists at all. Based on that, I find that anybody that is a "true believer" is insane as as such I refuse to treat them or help them in any way, shape or form.

So lets say a Christian gets into an automobile accident, is bleeding profusely and screaming for help and I refuse to help him and he dies. Does that make me NOT guilty of failure to render aide because of my belief system which dictates that he's insane, doesn't exist and isn't worth helping?

Because if it does, then this law is the gateway to extinction level event legislation for any demographic you see fit to get rid of.

As an atheist I would most certainly help the insane - they know not what they do...

As to what you're reading into the law - that's exactly what everyone is afraid of. I believe the lawmakers only they think it will just be the catholics/christians saying no and are they in for a rude awakening.
