Again, it was never possible for Trump to launch a nuke. Ever. That was all hyperbole and is now being played as a sensationalist card.

To launch a nuke you have to have the President, Vice President, Secretary of Defense and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs sign off on it. No way that would ever happen because we presently do not have a Secretary of Defense. Not only that, the Chairman of the joint chiefs would tell Trump what to go do with himself.
