Ex-President Donald Trump may have finally bent the Republican Party so far that it’s snapped. According to Reuters, more than 120 powerful former Republicans gathered together on a Zoom call last Friday to plot to form a new anti-Trump breakaway party. The report states there were former elected Republicans on the call, as well as ex-officials from the Republican administrations of the past four decades.

The early stage discussions include former elected Republicans, former officials in the Republican administrations of Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, George W. Bush and Trump, ex-Republican ambassadors and Republican strategists, the people involved say.

It's all going to come down to money. That's all these bastards care about. If the new party can talk all the big money folks into dumping MAGATS and go with them then It's all over. But then of courseall the MAGATS will instantly change their tune and try to go along. The GOP is a total shit show now. There is no saving it unless they convict Trump and start telling the conspiracy nuts to shut the hell up.
