210 an ounce isn't bad at all. I can remember not long ago where an ounce of good weed would run you 450 dollars.
I get a really nice ounce here for $109 (US$85). Now it's not top of the line but it certainly carry's a punch of terpenes. I think a lot of newer users equate THC % with how good it is, which IMHO is not the case.
THC content is a lot like the proof in alcohol - it's over rated. Just because Everclear is 200 proof doesn't mean it's better. I'd much rather have a very enjoyable 80 proof Glenfiddich single malt scotch.
