So they're saying that the grand jury should have his taxes almost immediately. So he's up shit's creek? There's no more appeals he can make?

They can still make new appeals but it's not going to delay the turnover of his taxes any further. The appeal that was just shot down was a stay on releasing the taxes until all legal options were exhausted.

They can file 50 appeals today and it's not going to stop anything.
