Rep. Mo Brooks of Alabama, who spoke at former President Donald Trump's "Stop the Steal" rally in Washington, D.C. on January 6, is named in a civil lawsuit alleging that he incited the violent mob that attacked the U.S. Capitol Building that day. Brooks is asking the U.S. Department of Justice to intervene in the case, insisting that he did nothing wrong on January 6.

Mo Brooks is a traitor and should be dealt with accordingly.

That civil suit was filed by Senator Eric Swalwell. Mo was the one hiding to the point they had to serve his wife. (Remember that video?)

Now he's panicking and trying everything he can to get out of it. He knows that right now AG Garland is defending Trump and Barr in court right now, so he's hoping that Garland will help him as well.

I don't see that happening, but then again I didn't see Garland continuing to help Trump coming either.
