What really gets me is that a judge recommends a drug that is just as dangerous to use while driving as marijuana, if not more so. It's ridiculous. You have a person on trial for driving while intoxicated (because she was stoned to bejesus at the time) and your answer is drive while higher than a kite on Xanex?
