How the hell do you throw someone out of a Lamborghini?

This happened about a month ago but was on the news again this morning over a court hearing.

Serious question. How the hell do you do that? Granted, I'm not a world authority on Lamborghini cars but I have ridden in two of them. I could barely get out of the damn thing under my own power with everything I had. So how the hell do you throw someone out of a moving Lamborghini? The logistics of it all defies belief. You can't even reach the damn glove box from the drivers seat, for crying out loud!

Open top, otherwise the sports models are too tight. There's always the Urus and they also made another off-road vehicle for a while (LM002).
