When I was a kid, the Fernbank Science Center in Atlanta was a rather small but nifty museum that had a few displays and that was about it. Today, not much has changed. It's gotten bigger and has a small theater and better displays, but it is not what one could call a world class museum.
That said, I was rather surprised when I just saw an ad on the site for Fernbank. I haven't been there since taking my daughter when she was young, so I clicked on it to see what was new.
