I'm not one that will normally just let someone have it. I try to help far more times than not. But every once in a while, I can't help myself.
Virtualmin is a front end web server software that I used when we hosted the site on our own server. I still use it to play around with and I hang out on their forum from time to time mostly to learn more but every once in a while to help when I can.
But this post just got me.

This is exactly why non-experienced users of a program are the best testers. They didn't know which keys not to push at the same time. (caveat: I did several tours writing software for our P3 equivalent - the best testers were fresh students who knew nothing about the hardware)
