From what I've read down here over the last few years Stone actually made a deal with them a couple years ago about his back taxes he owed to keep from going to jail. But he decided to not pay the full amounts and make out like he's broke so now they're suing him to make him pay the entire amount. Stone thinks he's invincible because he has been his whole life. He's like Trump. Everybody knows he is crooked and corrupt as hell but they just never do anything about it.
